Looking for jobs at Daikin Applied, formerly Mcquay, I found this simple search function:
Spot the problem! The “states” are mostly Italian provinces! Also, there are some Canadian provinces. One or two not shown are territories of Canada and the United States.
A simple improvement would be to have a third, higher level menu for the country you wanted to work in, then the “state/province” and then the city. Being able to select more than one at the same time would be nice too.
