I think someone forgot to check a box or change the default selection in a dropdown menu. For someone with a screenreader (visual impairment/blindness) this would be seriously confusing. A better HR software might scan the title and/or body of the posting for the phrase “part time” and alert the poster that they hadn’t changed the default schedule from “Full time” to “Part time”. Email clients already do this to warn people against sending Emails without subject lines.
