Don’t know what temperature that’s in

In metricating, frequently you will end up finding mistakes in the non-metric text that deserve to be corrected. Here is one I found in a textbook I have been working on steadily:


How do you even make that mistake? My best guess is trying to use lowercase letter O as a degree sign and subscripting it instead of superscripting it. I earnestly request all writers and editors to familiarize themselves with the function of Microsoft Word (or any other legitimate word processor software) that allows easy insertion of symbols that aren’t on the keyboard, such as the degree sign.
