This is admittedly a minor issue at best, but it could be easily addressed by Microsoft in a cumulative patch.
Do we have to reboot, or restart? Microsoft terminology consistently uses “restart”, so I am guessing “reboot” was an accidental slip by the designer of the wizard.
I don’t remember the source, but some place I remember seeing the work “recycle” used to describe the same process. I kindof liked the sound of it, but the potential for confusion is just too high to make it plausible.
