A.B. Dick Company, or just “AB Dick” as shown below, was responsible for the notorious “mimeograph” pre-xerox method of making tons of duplicates fast. It produced nasty things like busywork class assignments, and was the only upper body exercise seen by secretaries at the time. Note that it was NOT the one that had purple ink and stank, that was a dittoe machine, or as WikipediA pretentiously calls it, a spirituous duplicator.
Anyway, they had a logo and it looked like this on the paper boxes they put out:
